I will preface the food section of this blog, by admitting that I am not a gourmet chef. I am however the mum to two children, one of whom has overcome immense food challenges and the other who continues to struggle. And for that reason, I have had to experiment, create new foods and try out new recipes. This section of the blog is aimed at those of you doing the same. Within each recipe you will find a certificate to print for your child if they try the food, and there are also certificates and reward charts in the food challenge resource section which you can print off at will.
